When your order is paid for on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with a number allowing you to track its delivery via the Chronopost site for mainland France and Colissimo for other countries.
If you are not satisfied with the perfume, or if you have changed your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging. You will be refunded upon receipt of it. Any open or damaged product cannot be refunded.
NB: you have a sample of the perfume ordered so that you can try it several times before opening your product.

When you order an eau de parfum on our website, you will receive a sample of the perfume ordered and a sample of one of our new products.
Yes, we do gift wrapping, just mention it at the time of your purchase.
If a product is defective, you have a maximum period of 10 days from receipt of your order to notify us at the following address: email@example.com and return it to us. Upon receipt of it, we will proceed to the immediate return of a new product or a refund if you wish.
