Delivery
We deliver anywhere in the world to the address of your choice or to relay points.
When your order is paid for on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with a number allowing you to track its delivery via the Chronopost site for mainland France and Colissimo for other countries.
If you are not satisfied with the perfume, or if you have changed your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging. You will be refunded upon receipt of it. Any open or damaged product cannot be refunded.
NB: you have a sample of the perfume ordered so that you can try it several times before opening your product.
Product
The list of points of sale is available on our website in the top left corner under the " Points of Sale" tab. A map will appear, and you simply need to select the country and then the city of your choice.
When you order an eau de parfum on our website, you will receive a sample of the perfume ordered and a sample of one of our new products.
Yes, we do gift wrapping, just mention it at the time of your purchase.
If a product is defective, you have a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us at the following address: contact@leseauxprimordiales.com and return the product. Upon receipt, we will immediately send you a new product or issue a refund if you prefer.

Payment
We accept payment by credit card: visa, mastercard, other credit cards and Paypal. You can also pay via Apple Pay from your smartphone.
Your account will be debited within 48 hours of your purchase.
Payment is made via the secure server of our partner, Stripe, a recognized payment operator. No banking information concerning you passes through the site. Payment by credit card is therefore completely secure.
