A few kilometers from Arras, in the heart of Northern France, nestled within a 14-hectare wooded park, lies the Domaine Primordial.

Acquired in 2021 by Arnaud Poulain, this estate represents the fulfillment of a childhood dream — a place he once admired from across the road, where he sold vegetables alongside his grandfather.

His grandfather, passionate about history, would tell him the stories of the site: its mining past, the wartime years, and the silent traces left by time. Fascinated, he dreamed of one day stepping inside the estate, yet never dared to cross its gates.

Years later, when Arnaud learned that the property was for sale, he got on his bike and began visiting it every day — standing before its gates, absorbing the energy of the place, and quietly wishing to make it his own.
